Malcolm X born on May 19, 1925, at Omaha, Nebraska, and he was an American Sunni minister and social rights activist who was a public figure during the civil rights campaign. Malcolm is best to remember for his controversial advocacy for the rights of blacks people. Some think him a guy, who indicted white America in the most challenging terms of crime against black Americans people, while others blamed him for addressing bias and violence.

He was called one of the most prominent and most famous African Americans in history.
Little engaged in several unlawful activities and was eventually convicted to ten years in prison in 1946 for robbery and violation. In prison, Malcolm entered the Nation of Islam (NOI) and turned his name to Malcolm X because later he wrote, Little was the title that “the white slavemaster had imposed upon (his) paternal forebears.” After being released in 1952, he immediately became one of the organization’s most powerful leaders.

Malcolm X worked as the public presentation of the suspect group for many years, where he supported black powder, the division of black and white Americans, and rejected the notion of the private rights movement for its importance on the racial combination. Malcolm X was surveillance from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for the Nation’s supposed connections to communism.

In the 1960s, Malcolm X started to become disillusioned with the Nation of Islam, and in particular, with its leader Elijah Muhammad. Expressing many regrets about his time among them, which he had come to regard as mostly wasted, X instead espoused Sunni Islam.

Then began to advocate for racial alliance and disavowed racism after executing Hajj, whereby Malcolm became known as el-Hajj Malik el-Shabazz. Later a brief time of travel across Africa, he notably declined the NOI and established the Muslim Mosque Inc. and Organization of Afro-American Unity to maintain Pan-Africanism.

During 1964, his dispute with the NOI raised, and on February 21, 1965, X was killed by three of its members. Malcolm X Day is celebrated in many cities and countries, and hundreds of places and institutions in the U.S. named in his honor.
